We are welcoming visitors back onto LFC Stadium Tours and we are looking forward to seeing you and your group at Anfield Stadium.

Following the Government's announcement that visitor attractions can reopen, we have been working hard to make sure we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors in line with industry guidelines.

Please ensure that you fill in this questionnaire before your group visit in order to help us comply with government guidelines. Should we not receive feedback from this form prior to your visit, we will not be able to grant entrance into the stadium.

You are receiving this form as your group are due to visit us within the next 14 days. If the information you submit below changes leading up to your tour date it is your responsibility to inform us of this.
