CAFE have recently launched a small research project to gather feedback and opinions from disabled fans from across Europe on CAFE’s Disabled Spectators Guides.
As you maybe aware, CAFE publishes Disabled Spectators Guides ahead of each season’s UEFA club competition finals, as well as for UEFA’s tournaments such as European Championships and Nations League Finals.
Each guide contains detailed information on how to reach the stadium from various points within the host city, as well as accessible services, facilities and amenities available at the stadium. The guide also provides details on accessible public transport available in the host city.
The guides are published on the CAFE website in advance of matches. They are also shared directly with disabled supporters of the finalist clubs via their DAO, and if applicable their DSAs. CAFE will also share the information with disabled fans directly through our Fans Liaison Officer.
CAFE would be very grateful if disabked supporters could complete the attached two short questionnaires to share with us their opinions and feedback on the CAFE Disabled Spectators Guides. The opinions of disabled fans, particularly those who have used the guides in recent seasons are vital to CAFE, and will help us to produce user-friendly and pertinent guides for futures finals including next year’s UEFA Euro championships.
Links to two different versions of the CAFE Spectators Guides are included in the survey entitled Evaluation Questionnaire (Survey 1 below) for your review ahead of completion.
All questions marked with * require an answer before you can move on, and alternative versions of the surveys are available upon request.
All information gathered will be kept confidential, and your details will not be shared with any third parties.
The links to the two questionnaires can be found below:-
Both questionnaires will take around 10 minutes to complete. If you require the questionnaires in alternative formatsplease contact CAFE.
